The tightness in my chest woke me up from my sleep But I got up, felt the breeze coming through the window and thought about how mad it is that the sun, the moon, the cats and the birds continue on their journey of being / untainted by fear and unbothered by the unknown. And maybe when the claustrophobia hits and my chest feels tight again I can learn from them. Learn to be without the pressure to do. Learn me and others around me too. Learn my skin and my thoughts, learn my irks and dont's.
